The unit is in excellent cosmetic condition, and as evidenced by the attached test datasheet, it is performing at over 300W.
According to our RF Engineer, Advantech produces a certain amount of these units which they then sell as 300W, 250W or 200W units solely based on the actual finished product’s output power. In the manufacturing process, depending on the quality of soldering joints, minor differences in the multiple FETs gains and linearity,  etc, certain units will produce the full and intended 300W. Anything less and they get labeled accordingly, ie; 250W or 200W. In this specific case, this specific unit slipped by them as a 200W but should have been marked and sold as a 300W as the test data proves
